Fast. Person sitting directly in front of door was a little curt, but I am sure she has more to deal with because everyone who comes in sees her and she has to give everyone directions and that must be frustrating. The person who checked me in was friendly, efficient and very polite. Explained everything carefully. When I (very quickly) went into an exam room, I was met by a very efficient and professional nurse who took vitals and then gave me an estimated time before I would see physician. (She was right on the money) Very comfortable with physician. She listened and took her time. Made me feel very comfortable, diagnosed & sent RX and gave me instructions. I felt confident that everything was done correctly. When pharmacy told me the drug prescribed wasn't covered by my insurance, it only took a few minutes for them to substitute another when I asked. Yes, I recommend. I definitely would return to this location if I have the need for urgent care again. Only con... don't call - just go...they have very long answering machine messages that send you to a second message. I'm sure this is to allow staff to focus on patients who are there.

Excellent care once I got into ER room. Unfortunately a four hour wait to get into one. But I was very impressed with all the care and ER and the hospital and all the tests that were done. I have been here numerous times and the care is always exceptional

Went to the UC first thing on Sunday morning. There were several other patients there. I was in and done in less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and courteous as soon as I stepped in the door. I saw the Nurse Practicioner as I had a case of shingles. I was perfectly satisfied with the care I received. I didn’t feel that I needed a DR. I have respect for and appreciate all of these health care professionals- front desk included. I understand that it’s been a trying couple of years. The staff at SMH Urgent Care gets 5 stars from me. Can’t wait to visit again ! ( well that might be an exaggeration:)

My husband was seen 2 weeks ago after a fall where he needed stitches on his face. The help he received was excellent. He had 3 stitches put in and on 2 follow up appointments, his care again was top notch. The entire staff and Doctors were more than professional. We happily recommend this facility .
