Terrible facility. Can never see the doctor, poor communication, all about money and greed. Staff is so rude, after being a patient for years; they still don't know who you are. Dr. Sassano cares only about the money, and Sally the Nurse is a real hag.

Dr Joseph Sassano and staff provide dedicated, caring and professional services to every patient. Sometimes you do have to wait, and he is often booked further out than I would like, but he does take walk-in appointments if needed. For my husband and for me, any wait is worth it to receive the expert, compassionate care Dr. Sassano provides.

Dr. Sassano is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend him for all your medical needs, be for it veins or just as a general practitioner. Is you would like to see him as a GP his office is located at the same address but called Sarasota Immediate Care. Very polite, understanding, and professional. I have been seeing him going on 2 years and I'm very happy. Call to see if accepting new patients as I feel lucky to have got in.

The receptionist was curt to the point of rudeness with each encounter we had including a follow-up phone call I initiated three days later. She did not explain the policy of taking walk-in patients only after appointments were honored and did not give me the option of making an appointment for later. I waited over two hours in waiting room and it took another hour after I was taken to a room to be seen by the NP. I will say that the Nurse and NP I saw were both very professional and pleasant. I was very happy with that part of my visit. They both apologized for my long wait and treated me with respect, however, I would not recommend this place to anyone else.
