Called and tried to make a appointment. My insurance allow me to see a specialist without a referral. Never seen a heart doctor and she said the cannot see me because of that reason. Then she send me to someone’s voicemail to get rid of me . Thank you

Very happy with the staff and doctors. They are doing a great considering they under a great deal of pressure from covid and number of patients they need to see. Dr. Betensky has been great. Competent, smart, on-time with a great support staff.

1. Cardiologist is careless & clueless. 2. Front desk staff is rude & incompetent to handle insurance claims. 3. Echo lady was rude. 4. They try to milk your insurance even if you don't need these procedures. 5. They send me paper to call them because they were unable to contact me after having all my contact numbers for a year. 6. My cardiologist wanted to pass me to another one in the same practice twice just to make more money off of the insurance. I have been to other places since 2019, cardiology care & never seen this amount of incompetence & carelessness which seems to be one of the main characteristics in Florida's west coast. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

In the few months that I went to this office I had nothing but horrible experiences. Dr. Betensky is a good doctor, but it’s his PA and nurse that are the problem. First his nurse Karen threatened me that she would not give me my medication because I could not commit to a re-schedule date for my ablation due to work, she is very unprofessional and rude in every way. As for the PA, Keith S. He is very arrogant, rude, unprofessional. He straight out lied to me and I have a witness that was in the room that heard him agree to what he agreed to then a week late refused to do it. Lying to a patient is unacceptable! Saying “yeah, whatever” to a patient during a visit it unacceptable. Not listening to your patient when she’s trying to explain side effects of medication is extreme lack of care and unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life with any doctors office. I am going to report them for all of this, it’s NOT acceptable.
