We waited for a long time even being second in line. There was only one doctor for the facility. Nurses and doctor were nice. But it was long. When we came to the pharmacy 2 hours later our drugs were not ready as pharmacy just received it with 2 hours delay.

They were very very courteous. I got in to see the doctor in a timely fashion. The people up front that checked you in and the nurse who prepped you in the doctors office was very good. The doctor was great, he spoke to me in clear terms and told me what was going on with why I was there and the injury that I had and what I can do to take care of it. The prescription was sent over to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up as soon as I got there. I was very happy with the experience.

My experience was excellent. All of the staff including check in, gathering my information and removing the impacted wax from my ear were very friendly and efficient. I’ve been to SMU Urgent Care Center on Bee Ridge several times over the years and I’m very happy with their service.

Great place! Everybody was fantastic! From the very nice lady at the front desk, to the nurse that helped me! The doctor was top notch! Identified problem right way and took steps to confirm! O and lemme tell you this place is fast! I have set waiting to get my oil changed longer then the wait for them! Thirty minutes in and out! I am from outta state and am very aware of long waits where I live! Do not hesitate to give them a visit!
