I go to Bojangles in Athens on the west side every morning, BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ONE AND KIERRA- I got something for you ma’am. I don’t care what your title is….. YOU SHOULD NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT! I will be on the phone with whomever I need to be on the phone with to make sure this is corrected. And to the lady that lied to me and said I COULDN’T GET A RECEIPT, I KNOW BETTER!!! You are supposed to give a receipt for EVERY ORDER…. Not to mention sitting in the drive thru for over an hour for my food to not even be made and my order NOT in the computer! You messed with the wrong one today ladies- ON MY SKIN!

No... it is cooked fresh daily... but I guess the product could be a little old depending on when the last batch was cooked. Fyi. It is always possible to ask for fresh cooked product at any location...
