Do you have to have a reservationn to enter the fairgrounds on July 4,2021? If so what time is the last reservation?Or can a person purchase tickets and wrist bands once you enter the fairgrounds? How much is admissions for adults and children age 3,7,8, and 11.Is it a time limit that the gates closes for to enter the fairgrounds?
