Nice store but, five people working and no service

I bought an Adidas Shoe for my daughter on 30/07/2019 and when I reached back home, I realised that that was a men’s shoe. I went to your store on 02 August to exchange the shoe and your store manager (SAM) refused to exchange the shoe and rather threw the bill on my face. At the time of buying the shoe, I told that I don’t need the box as I am here for business and don’t need the box. Sam ( Manager) told me that I told them to throw the box and that is why you cannot exchange it. The shoe is in its original state and have not even removed the tag. However, even on my several requests he was too rude and never bothered for a customer. I am here till 09th August and would request for a resolution. I have left the shoes at the store, as I don’t need a men’s shoe for my daughter.
