Careless trash pick ups. Expect trash to go all over the place when they come pick up garbage or recycling. Every week theres garbage on the street. I don't expect them to pick up some things that fly away but I literally saw a worker trash on the ground and continue on.

Great response time on phone, excellent service! used their service twice. Pick up of large items was easy to schedule on phone, and pick up was done in morning. The lady on the phone gave clear instructions. The drop off a an extra trash can was also seamless. Thank you!

Yes no change in service. Only days not worked are Thanksgiving, Xmas, and new years
