The staff is really nice but clear your entire day if you're going over there. They aren't really honest about how long it takes for services. On top of that, they want you to be there 30 to 45 minutes early for what's really like, 15 minutes at most of paperwork. Lastly, I made an appointment an continued to get text messages and phone calls that I still needed to make an appointment for two weeks after. It's not really near me it's near my Drs office but next time I'll go somewhere else.

The staff were professional and efficient, friendly and caring. They adjusted my 2 appointments to be closer together on the day of, from an hour and half wait between appointments to twenty minutes. I have been using NorCal for over ten years because of the consistent excellent care.

Helpful and friendly staff. I was greeted by Silvia who was very professional in going over the paperwork I needed to fill out. Then I was sent out to the adjacent room to take my X-rays. I waited no time and then the technician took ownership and even called my PCP for clarification on the X-rays order. Excellent office with best in class staff . I highly recommend them . Thank you

Excellent service. Front desk staff and MRI tech were superb. Very friendly and helpful in every way. I unfortunately have had well over a dozen MRI's at many facilities across the East Bay and the staff at NorCal Imaging were top shelf :) Thank you for your help and care.
