Two hours free with validation
The Bloc parking structure can be accessed from Flower, Hope and 8th Streets. Parking is $1.00 for the 1st hour, $2.50 for the 2nd hour and $4.00 for the 3rd hour with any store or food+drink receipt/purchase. You take your parking ticket and receipt to the Valet Concierge, located one level below plaza level, and they will give you the validation. Happy shopping! #theblocla
