Unfortunately, Lots TLC is needed for this plaza. All its surrounding has been improved, the metro station, the apartment bldgs, the library and the hospital are offering nice modernization but it seems these establishments are swimming against current with the homeless and careless customers visitind this plaza. Sad and frustrating to see how property gardens, planters, trees and establishments are used as public bathrooms so it becomes smelly, trashy and graffiti. TOO 😔
