Does BLOC has it's own parking lot and is it free, at least first 1 or 2 hours? From which street is entrance? Thanks.

Yes, The Bloc parking structure can be accessed from Flower, Hope and 8th Streets. Parking is $1.00 for the 1st hour, $2.50 for the 2nd hour and $4.00 for the 3rd hour with any store or food+drink receipt/purchase. You take your parking ticket and receipt to the Valet Concierge, located one level below plaza level, and they will give you the validation. Happy shopping! #theblocla

There is parking for The BLOC. However I don't know about validation. It might be a store by store basis.
