The Bloc is located on 7th and flower and expands a block over. I really love the art work in and around the building. There are so many restaurants, retail stores, a hotel and not to mention a movie theater. The metro runs under the Bloc (7th and metro stop) and if this isn’t enough because its literally located in the heart of DTLA (Downtown Los Angeles) you can walk a few blocks around and I’m sure you can find whatever your looking for whether it be another coffee shop, restaurants and even a Walgreens. Parking rates are as follows Standard Self-parking Validation Rates $1.00 for self-parking for the 1st hour with validation $2.50 for self-parking for the 2nd hour with validation $4.00 for self-parking for the 3rd hour with validation Standard daily prevailing parking rates apply after three (3) hours Per their website visited on 07/21/22 If you go on their website, they have a list of restaurants that offer outdoor seating so you can plan ahead (bringing your pup or just prefer outdoor seating) I have to be honest and say it’s been such a long time since I’ve been here. I’d come every day for years till Covid hit, before school to get a workout in at L.A Fitness or grab some coffee and a quick bite at Starbucks. It was nice to be able to visit again!

The Bloc is one of the few gems located in Downtown, Los Angeles. What I love about this place is the art work and quotes painted on the walls throughout the building. The open courtyard with seating is also a very nice touch. This is one of the few areas downtown where you can shop in peace without being harassed by panhandlers. The security detail here seem to always be on the job because I rarely see transients camped out or causing a disturbance like I do in other parts of town. My only gripe is that they make you pay for parking. They also offer free WiFi and a concierge desk that's staffed during the day.

This is really a nice mall and business park. The outdoor seating areas are well spaced apart, and the rocking chairs are a really pleasant option. It's a relaxing spot to hang out or browse. I especially liked the plush fake grass area to sit on. The parking structure is conveniently located. My only strike against it is no available outlets for charging your devices, none of the many concierges will charge for you, and both the portable battery charging rental stations were not working. Aside from having a dead phone it was very lovely spot.

I'm always coming here just to relax and visit the near by Starbucks to grab a drink. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the view. You can also hop on the metro rail to go to anywhere in the LA area.

Their is a T-Mobile, all phones are branded and locked.
Hi Simone! It depends where you bought the coat. Was it one of our retailers? If so, which one? I may be able to find the answer for you.
The Bloc is pretty much an outdoor mall, so when you ask "is the service fast?" It depends on which store at The Bloc you want to know about. Although I can say most of the shops there offer pickup and curbside service. Those are available at the time you agree on.
Yes, The Bloc parking structure can be accessed from Flower, Hope and 8th Streets. Parking is $1.00 for the 1st hour, $2.50 for the 2nd hour and $4.00 for the 3rd hour with any store or food+drink receipt/purchase. You take your parking ticket and receipt to the Valet Concierge, located one level below plaza level, and they will give you the validation. Happy shopping! #theblocla
Sushi Komasa and Sushi Zo are both great sushi restaurants
