There's a dirt path going through the bottom of the area that'll be a bit bumpy but should be fine. Alternatively, Nimitz trail from inspiration point is a fully paved out and return with beautiful views.

There are some areas that are scooter friendly. The indoor nature area has a ramp to bring you up to the water shed exhibit, bathrooms, etc. The farm area is up a small hill which is about 30-40° and contains the pigs, cows, chickens. It is a dirt path so it will be a lil bumpy. The only completely inaccessible area would be the hill leading to the sheep and goats. However, many people already avoid this area due to the steep hill. So if your scooter can endure small hills and a little dirt, it should be ok.

Yes, i did take wheelchair for my 80 years old mom. At some places she has to walk 10 -15 steps. But very nice place to visit.

There are some walk paths & more accessible areas than others. Overall, i would say it's not the most convenient if walking could be a challenge but that could be an individual thing

Parts of it yes but some of the animals like the sheep are up a fairly steep dirt trail
