Car locked inside for all of Sunday. Non obvious hours of operation. Another couple same thing, they are going to miss their flight and ruin their vacation over it.

Website says they close at 2am, the physical ticket says they close at 2am, but apparently I missed the sign at the garage saying that they actually closed at 8pm. My car got stuck overnight, had to take bart home which took forever. Had to beg a friend to take me back in the morning, and it was crazy expensive to get my car out of there and somehow I'm still grateful because at least my car didn't get towed like their sign threatens. Never again,, never again,,

We were stranded at 9pm on a Friday night as we could not get back in to retrieve our car. The ticket had stated 2am and the website 12pm as closing hours. Called numerous times, left multiple voicemails but nobody ever got in touch with us. Had to take a Lyft back to San Francisco after having tried to get in for an hour. Infuriating experience. AVOID!
