also, city hall dog park, elm/san carlos blvd, is off leach but you should check their hours and closed days before going. nice park with trees, grass but kinda smallish.
City of Belmont requires dogs to be on a six foot leash in parks. I think the only exception in Belmont is the Cipriani Dog Park.
