Well some people would like to park in front of there own house once in awhile instead of a neighborhood's 8th car

No actually you don't share front Street parking it with your neighbor. I guess you can say you share front street parking with anybody who wants to park there. People believe that street parking in front of their unit belongs to them but it doesn't

I suggest that you get to know your neighbor and ask them politely to try not to park in front of your house whenever possible. I also suggest that you consider that this vehicle is his/her only source of income and give them some grace to park there once in a while. Think of them coming home after a hard day at work. They're probably exhausted and just want to be with their family and get ready for the next day. I have lived in RP for 35 years and I am guilty of not getting to know many of my neighbors. I am retired now (age 75) and want to change my habits. Hope this helps. God Bless you.
