Paid for a gun, started the paper work. Two hours later I found the same gun for 25% less at a sports store. I went back to them and asked if I could cancel my purchase. They told me it is 25% charge for restocking fee. Gouged pricing here and they know it Never shopping there ever again.

Got my first 2 guns at Rinkor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The main issue I have with them is everything they offer is WAY WAY WAY over priced. Like double what sportsmans arms in Petaluma charges. Even sportsmans warehouse has better prices. 1 box if 9mm ammo at rinkor is/was $50. That's $1 per round! $30 per box ay the other locations and believe it or not, big 5 had 100 rd boxes of winchester white box for $57 per box. Unfortunately I only go to Rinkor now if I'm in a pinch because it's close to home.

Went here to start my gun buying experience. It was fairly easy to get what I needed. The team was helpful and quick with answers. It doesn’t feel like the most inviting environment but overall I got what I needed. They have many firearm options. And safety equipment. Don’t be shy drop in and see what’s up.
