Made an appointment for 2:15 for my friend and I, but they called 2 days before asking if I could come at 1:45 instead. They said it was so they could schedule another appointment after mine, and I said that’s fine. I came in just 2 minutes past 1:45 and I felt rushed. I just wanted a nice relaxing Swedish deep tissue mix so that they could feel where my body needed the most work. Personally, It felt like a Thai massage mix, and an overall rub down rather than targeting muscles needing extra love. The appointment was going to end right at 2:45 and I said I was surprised and didn’t know I needed to come in early and that my 60 minutes started at 1:45. The massage therapist gave me some extra time thankfully. I explained my confusion to the receptionist afterwards, but she barely looked at me and really didn’t seem to care. She also didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip and so I just walked out. I honestly never expected the 60 minutes to start at the time I had scheduled since I need to ready myself before and after. Seems to be a place for 1 massage after another rather than a relaxing space. My friend said her facial was very nice. I got a call from another receptionist afterwards apologizing, but it was an overall mediocre experience when wanting to enjoy a nice relaxing time.

I liked this place. Easy to find, lots of parking. I was a first-time guest but front desk woman barely acknowledged this, just gave me a form to fill out. Interior has a Hawaiian Island/tropical vibe. Massage room was small but warm and nice. Massage was very good. It had elements of a Thai Massage with stretching, but my therapist said this was needed as I was so tight, which made sense. Pricing seems reasonable. I'll go back.
