I went in with my neck in a lot of pain, Dr. Nick was super knowledgeable and got me back to so much more comfortable! He clearly is an expert at understanding how nerves, muscles and bones act in harmony and used the right amount of firmness to get me back to alignment without any harm in the process. I am so thankful, and now that I know how skilled the practitioners are at this facility I will be signing up for a monthly membership!

I suffered a Vertebral artery dissection that lead to blood flow being stopped leading to my cerebellum-which caused a stroke after an awkward light collision playing ice hockey. I eventually researched about these types of dissections and it’s post after post about bad neck adjustments at chiropractors I’m almost certain my artery was messed up from a terrible neck adjustment here at your store. I remember the kid really messing my neck up. And shortly after that adjustment I suffered the stroke. I know there’s no way to prove it at this point but reader beware! Think twice about getting your neck adjusted. Especially by a company that doesn’t thoroughly exam you prior (X-rays, etc etc). Screw your guys for pretty much ruining my life. Go over my account surveillance footage and my last visit you’ll see the kid mess my neck up. He was Asian

Dr. Nick is such a wonderful person and great chiropractor! I came in about 2 months ago with terrible shoulder pain and was barely able to move my arm at that point. Now I'm writing this review from the gym. Also big 'thank you' to Karen who helped a lot with explaining all the options and is always very welcoming!

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
