Yes there is one at the very entrance of trail. Not well maintained.
I seem to recall seeing them at the start of the trail off the road, but they were closed or out of use. That was april 2017

Unless they have installed a porta potty since our last visit the are no facilities at Battery Spencer. Some other sites in the area do have rest rooms though.
