I Really love Yacht harbors. I was brought here as a child and couldn't wait to become a part of it. I was Denied access? ARROGANT. I have been treated poorly by the yacht salesman in the office as well as the old woman at the front desk. I approached the office to see what type of boats were for sale. The salesman Scoffed at me. Pretended I wasn't even there as if because of my appearance I wouldn't be able to afford one. beautiful Sausilito day. I pulled my Kayak out to go for a paddle. Now I've got his attention. he tells my friend and I to Pack it up and Get out of there. It takes a Special someone to come out of their office to Shut Down someone getting beautiful exercise on the bay in 81degree weather. I have experienced similar arrogance all over that boat dock. I happen to be African American. I have been made to feel Completely unwelcomed there as others are greeted with smiles.

We had a great day out in the Bay we rented a 41' Sailing yacht and it was great. The service at the yacht club was awesome as well. Next time I'm in the Bay area I will look to rent a yacht from them again.

It's a nice area to go for a walk after finish a meal at Fish Restaurant. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the breeze from the ocean.
