How do I file a claim for lost items? Your system said it was in Tracy now there is no record of the item being there. The customer service agent was useless.

My package has been held there for almost 2 weeks. I called everyday to the 1800 number. They keep saying that thier investigating my case. Liars!!!! I went to go to the facility and pick it up myself...they refused me to go. Tried calling the facility...hung up on me all the time. They either lost it or stole it. It was a chrustmas gift fir my son and cost hundreds.

This is the third time this FedEx has held my order for a long period of time. I just canceled an order from Home Depot and now I have one from WalMart that has been at the Tracy FedEx for over 18 days. This place is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I wish businesses would stop using them.

I have had non stop issues with them and customer service, I continue to get the run around.

This happened to me as well. I returned package to amazon and it was lost in transit. I cant get my refund for $200 office chair that was delivered broken.
