Horrible service here! They called and told me that trailer was loaded and ready to go. I came for pick up and waited exactly for 24 hours for pick up. During those 24 hours they were postponing pick up for every next hour. I asked other drivers who were standing on site and waiting for for their load, everyone was waiting for more than 20 hours. Office works very slow. There is 0 communication between there office and loading zone. And the distance between the office and loading zone is 100 ft. Lazy people work there. And they were constantly blaming each other who works in different shifts! Try to get a load from different company or different location if u don't want to waste your time and loose money

The Tracy hub is one of the worst FedEx sites around. Lazy, entitled employees who simply sit on your item and deliver it 2-3 days late. I wish more sellers would use UPS or USPS since they actually care about their customers.

THIEVES!!! I just got my shoes delivered from the Tracy warehouse A DAY LATE FOR NO REASON. As the driver walked away quickly to his truck and got into it, I picked up my 3lb box AND IT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!!!! Nothing in it at all!!! How does a driver deliver a box that's supposed to weigh 3lbs and not know it's empty?????? There was some slight retaping on the box too. I'm 99% sure the driver has stole and has my shoes in his truck and I'm FURIOUS!!!

For the millionth time, Tracy FedEx has held my packages for weeks. Today, they delivered my package to somebody else - that required MY signature, and the dishonest person on the receiving end signed for it. Absolutely zero help, as always.

My package has been held there for almost 2 weeks. I called everyday to the 1800 number. They keep saying that thier investigating my case. Liars!!!! I went to go to the facility and pick it up myself...they refused me to go. Tried calling the facility...hung up on me all the time. They either lost it or stole it. It was a chrustmas gift fir my son and cost hundreds.

They loose packages around the facilities all the time. Could have fell off a ramp or anything.
You need a pick up slip for picking up from tracy.... Better you wait for tomorrow or call fedex about your package...
I visited out there, and they are very short on driver's. They have a lot of construction going on. I was actually at the main site. It wasn't many trucks being moved.
I have the same issue! My package scanned in 6/1/21 and is still there..(it is now 6/7/21) I have called FedEx everyday and I keep getting the same answer. I mailed out another package to a different location it has already been delivered.
Yeah I agree with you. I asked the lady at the tracy hub straight out….”how do you just displace 32 pounds of weights!!!” I wish I had an actual answer for you ☺️! My response is more of a “I’m sympathetic to your situation, and you ask an EXTREMELY valid question!” I also added how do you lose it, unless someone stole it? To which she did not respond 🤪. Of course I was implying it would have been an inside job. Considering It was the peak of Covid lockdown and one couldn’t find weights anywhere I wouldn’t have put it past them.

If they were sent to you you should have had a tracking number?and if you did then that's where you start,from there they can direct you to your item

There’s no number for HR, you would have to call customer service and have them transfer your call.
