I've had a package sitting since Weds 6/03/2020 and it's now 6/08/2020 with an estimated delivery by 6/11/2020. I'm 30mins away and would like to retrieve my package, but the phones aren't being answered. Can anyone assist me?

I have the same issue! My package scanned in 6/1/21 and is still there..(it is now 6/7/21) I have called FedEx everyday and I keep getting the same answer. I mailed out another package to a different location it has already been delivered.

I've been waiting for a package since 5/29 still nothing what number are you calling 800 number wont connect me with the tracy facility personally to ask them about my package
