Went to pay and asked to speak to a manager the woman said no twice and said I don’t matter that if I don’t want her to ring me up to go to self checkout she definitely should not be working in customer service she is rude and doesn’t know how to do a simple job correctly I’d suggest some training or move her to a no Customer service area. Definitely going to Lowe’s next time they actually help and don’t give the guests attitude.

I've been shopping at the San Ramon location for over 20 years and it's been perfect. Now that we have moved to Mountain House, I used this location 3 days in a row for odds and ends due to our move. The service is very poor and the store is unorganized. I ordered a few items for "curbside pickup" and prepaid it. After waiting for 3 hours and no response, I drove there and asked them if they have my order ready. I was told that the items selected did not qualify for curbside pickup! These were minor household items that would fit into a regular grocery sized bag! They tell me this while there is no one in line at their customer service area and 5 employees standing around on their cell phones and just laughing and having a good time. I then proceeded to the aisles to get the items I ordered and noticed that most of the items were not displayed (aisle xx, bin xx) but there were many boxes of the items stored way on top of the aisles still wrapped on their pallets or boxes. This means that no one is stocking the shelves. Time to look elsewhere and say goodbye to Home Depot after 24 years!

Customer service is terrible. I picked out a grill online went to the store to get it since it showed they had many in stock. After being checked out I noticed I was charged more than the online price. The cashier told me to go to the return counter so that they could refund/recharge for the online price. When I got there I was told they didn’t match their online price. They told me I would need to order it online to get that price. So I had my fiancé take it out of the truck and refunded it.

Very nice employees out front on the forklift. Inside. Too many items without pricing. Lack of choices in showerheads. Wanted to by a longer neck but didnt have the same finish. Could find the tape need either would think they would hang some on the i Aisle
