The fact I had an appointment for a screen protector and they couldn't do that pretty sad. Went to geek squad then send me back to mobile waited for 20 min asked to get someone waited another 5 min then left. I'll never shop here again.

If you need to run in and grab something it's good. Just hope that it's not something that requires personnel to unlock something for you. They are usually no where to be found, or busy with 30 others to their 1 CSR per area . Waited patiently 20 mine to buy some ram. Never was helped or acknowledged , saved myself the trouble put back all my items and ordered on Amazon. Again If you need paper, or ink maybe a nice toaster sure run in. Very clean. And well stocked

Cathy at customer service was great. They have Mario All Stars 3D in stock. Tons of copies. 🥳 Funny & friendly. This location is massive. So many TVs. They even have a TV viewing rooms 🤟🏾 I recommend Best Buy for any tech shopping.

Alot of people get viper for cold start and sensitivity for alarms, if im correct you can change the level of how sensitive you want. The more sensitive the more easy it is to go off
