First let me say that Dr Akula is one of the best doctors I have ever been with and I have been seeing a lot of doctors I am 59 years old. Dr Akula is a 10 star doctor and I hope to be with her for many more years. But the front office the check-in office is a negative zero star. They don't greet you with good morning or hello they only ask, do you have an appointment, what is your date of birth. On 8-8-22. I walk in and talk to a lady her name begin D. She ask for my date of birth to put in the computer. A man and woman came in behind me who was Spanish, she look up at them and stop helping me and call them over to service them. Did not say anything to me just push me aside and begin to help them With other people in office watching. She disrespect me, embarrass me and treat me unfair which is a form of discrimination. The head frontend Manger Marisol call me to apologize and told me she needed more training. And she just a part-time that not a justification for Discrimination. And my Doctor ask Marisol to please call me. If my Doctor did not beg Marisol to call me no manger would call me. I am not that kind of person to be treated like trash and do nothing about it. I will be taking this unfair treatment further, to get my respect and dignity back. The only reason I give 3 ⭐ is because of Doctor Akula outstanding work.

Love the drs. However trying to call them is a nightmare. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone. Really unacceptable. Too bad because the drs are very good. Office staff, not so much.

Love Dr Akula but the front office Sucks...No one ever answers the phone!! Need med refills can't get thru! Hire some one to answer your phones!!! Gonna have to drive over there, something that normally can be handled over a phone call!!!

To whom it concerns the office DOES NOT HAVE ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES ITS BEEN WEEKS LIKE THIS I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE BECAUSE I’ve been calling for days and no answer after this I will change of doctor’s it’s completely ridiculous that a Doctor’s office don’t have people to answer us the client’s wellmed should be ashamed it’s been weeks like this I had to go directly to the the office for things I can do on the phone. I’m extremely upset wellmed SHAME ON YOU
