They never answer the phone calls, the secretary is totally so mean they lie about the time to get your glasses. So irresponsible and they waste the client time. you can never get an appointment because they never answer. The worst optical I've ever been to, they are irresponsible, disrespectful, they don't know how to treat customers and they play with people's time. They never answer the phone and lie about receiving times for glasses.

Dr. Grande is the best! She takes her time and listens to you. I never feel rushed in and out. The staff is awesome as well. Everyone treats you with care and concern respectfully.
