Very bad experience with this Clinic. A week after my consultation I still have not received my prescription. I have used all the means to communicate with the clinic and they never answer... I called them, I wrote to them on the website and they don't answer either

You guys keep messing it up, customer service on the phone the worse they are in a rush and don’t even listen. I have not received my results for my biopsy and no one NO ONE has helped it’s been quite a few days trying to get my results. However DR Sergio was awesome! He is old school doctor he listens he does his best at his job such a professional and my respect to him. He called me and explained to me all the situation. My two stars are for customer service. If i was able to give 1000 stars to DR Sergio i would give them to him.
