He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He knew the problem and it’s cause after I briefly explained the water leakage. He guided me on the drains in the fridge and how they can get clogged. He cleaned up well and provided tips to Maintain the fridge and the ice maker.

We have a Kenmoore Elite Model: 795.73165.610 and contacted Sears Appliance Repair in hopes of getting our refrigerator serviced. I was in shock that there was a Sears Appliance Repair considering they had closed stores. I continued with the Sears service request by filling out the form and booked an appointment which was a couple days out. So I thought that was pretty good. I received a confirmation on my email and a text message. During the day of the appointment I received a call from the technician, Melvin, who communicated to us every step of the way. He was courteous, offering GREAT customer service to us! I recommend Sears Appliance Repair.

First let me say that the technician who ultimately did the work was excellent. That said, the technician that originally got the work order never called to say he was running late and the service desk didn't seem all that concerned that he had not called, even though he was over an hour past the estimated 4 hour window. The service desk person was actually irritated that we wanted to know when the tech would arrive and just wanted to extend the window for 4 more hours. I'm not sure I will use Sears for future repairs even if it costs more elsewhere.
