They check your bags, they allow water, the rest I don't know about, no knives of any kind. My husband had a small knife cigar cutter and they took it.

You may bring those items, but not in large numbers. Now that they have metal detectors and the like, it's tougher to get outside items in. They generally discourage larger bags and coolers. But, if you just want to pack a small lunch that fits in a normal sized backpack, go for it!
