The website says there are 2 nursing stations available, in the first aid clinics, one in the upper lot and one in the lower lot. They also offer child swap on the rides where one parent can wait with the kiddo while the other can ride the ride then switch so you dont have to wait outside or in the line again. Also changing stations in all bathrooms. As per Universal studios website
