Yes! Rides like Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, Super Silly Fun Land, Kung Fu Panda Adventure are all great rides for a 9 year old.
If they are starting out on roller coasters, then flight of the Hippogriff would be suitable. Also there's more augmented reality rides that they might like, e.g. the simpsons
