At 6 pm that way it's people get more scared or freaked out
If you have early entry you can get in between 5:30-6:30pm and regular tickets I believe is at 7pm. It's best to get there early to park and be part of the early crowd because the lines get long if you don't have the express passes.
So I went to universal studios 1 time and there wasn't a horror night, I'm truly sorry that I couldn't help you with this
It depends on your ticket you purchase, i got the 2 pm entry time and got to do and see a few things before they start shutting things down for the horror nights. Theres also a 6 pm early entry time as well but just a regular horror nigh ticket starts at 7 pm. The park is open till 2 am. Sugest getting in Stanger things line first, wait times can go up for 140 min. Deft worth the money to get in early.
