This is not possible due to import laws on vehicles less than a certain amount of years old. Should you find a way to import the car, you will not be able to drive it on the street "legally" and the new appearance of the car and steering wheel on wrong side, you will most certainly be pulled over. you can however import older Japan models with right hand drive through a private company if that is your goal, there are several in San Jose area and Los Angeles, just google "Import cars from japan legally" I hope this was helpful ---Alex
