So I’ve had my car for 4-5 months now and I wasn’t going to share but after visiting other dealerships with friends, it shows how terrible this one is. SPECIFICALLY with used vehicles. I was very excited about the car I came to look at and did obviously end up buying it. The customer service WAS great, but the timeliness was not. A couple days in, after that “new car smell” from the fresheners wore off, I noticed my car smelled stale and of weed. I understand that it’s California, so I didn’t think much of it. About 3 weeks in, I found an empty cart in the pocket of the passenger seat, and a shattered bong in the back of the drivers seat (yeah, I stuck my hands into a pocket full of shattered glass). About a month after that, a crusty and sticky charger for a pen. Going through the car, we found food crumbs under the passenger seats. (No one rides in the back). After that initial finding, I did call and they said they’d clean the car again but I live an hour away and they told me I could ONLY come in on the weekend because the weekdays were “too busy”. That obviously doesn’t work when I have to work during the week. Anyways, today my car STILL smells and after replacing the cabin air filter, I’m going to have to go pay to get my vents sanitized. Just highly recommend to NOT go here for used cars. On another note, it was priced at about $14,900 something and the total was $24,000 after adding taxes and everything? Got it down to 17,990 after a lot of negotiation, but still at the end of the day those prices are ridiculous.

If you’re looking for great customer service, and someone to be honest with you Abdul is the person to go to! He helped us find the exact Toyota Tacoma we wanted, and made sure we knew everything we had to know about the truck. He explained everything very well, and was very patient with us. This is not possible due to import laws on vehicles less than a certain amount of years old. Should you find a way to import the car, you will not be able to drive it on the street "legally" and the new appearance of the car and steering wheel on wrong side, you will most certainly be pulled over. you can however import older Japan models with right hand drive through a private company if that is your goal, there are several in San Jose area and Los Angeles, just google "Import cars from japan legally" I hope this was helpful ---Alex
