My husband and I came here looking for a CX-5. We had the pleasure of getting Mr. Andre Mullen as our client advisor. He never once pressured us into buying anything. We greatly appreciate his hospitality while we were going through the purchasing process. Highly recommend going here as the dealership had a big selection of cars with a decent price range. This was the most positive experience I have ever had a dealership or auto repair shop. I brought my car in to replace the breaks and rotors. Jade (customer service rep) greeted me almost immediately. She attentively listened to my concerns and escorted me over to the waiting room. They had complimentary water bottles, coffee, tea, and some snacks available (great wifi too). You always worry about being swindled and coerced into spending an arm and a leg with your car - especially when car mechanics aren't your forte (I'm in the medical field). But she was honest about repairs and prices and I felt very at ease. They finished ahead of schedule and were overall so kind and professional. I love this dealership!

Great low-pressure, friendly experience with Craig Milton today! After shopping around at other San Diego dealerships, he helped us find our car—paid MSRP, plus license and taxes. There was no markup like a lot of other places. Compared to other salesmen I dealt with at other dealerships, he was honest, down-to-earth, and professional. The interactions we observed between the salespeople inside the store while we signed the documents was warm—they helped each other out by carrying papers, researching information, and they all laughed and smiled… you could tell they honestly appreciated and respected each other. That made me feel more comfortable as a buyer. If a car dealership has a toxic work environment, I am less likely to trust the sales people who work there, simply because I naturally assume the sales people would be under more pressure to sell, and therefore more likely to be dishonest. My only regret today was that they didn’t have another car of the same model to purchase—the one we got was for my husband. If they had another one of the same model coming available within the next few months, they would have made two sales today instead of one. Great experience—we look forward to shopping there again!

Hands down the best car shopping experience ever. They are upfront on the prices and really work with you to get the right vehicle. When you get there you will want their all-star sales associate Craig. He's everything you want; knowledgeable, communicative, and personable. There was a short time we were concerned that I would not be able to get the car I needed in time but Craig gave me a ton of possible solutions for my lease trade in. Luckily it all worked out and I was able to drive away in a beautiful new CX-5. Highly recommend. You won't go wrong here.

Go on discount tires website, enter your vehicle and it will pick the original size of your car tires. Dealership will not respond to you because they don't have time to spare for free. They are busy greedy making money and that's all it matters. How do I know? I used to be automotive technician at a dealership. Particularly this Mazda dealership. I walked in before with my wife to look for car since I'm a big fan of Mazda. They were so busy that we were not even greeted by the sales people or at least reception. when I went to Mazda South Bay they were super friendly and accommodating.

Can you get a smog check here?
