These guys can't seem to be able to fulfill a very small, simple order. It's gone way beyond the 7 to 10 business days they stated and after multiple phone calls, the only answer I can get when I ask when they think it will ship is is "I don't know". Unfortunately, I had to place a larger order because I can't find another vendor selling similar materials. If anyone is aware of one, please let me know. I'll gladly cancel my order and go elsewhere!

Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions including making suggestions based on our needs. Will be back for more of their extensive line of bamboo and thatch products soon.

Ordered bamboo April 28. As of May 11 no order or shipping confirmation. Call customer service only to find out that there is a fulfillment delay, no update no order tracking, no warning or any other correspondence to me regarding this situation. Ordered these materials for a time sensitive project so any update at all would have been essential. I understand if it was Covid, supply chain or other blah, blah, but to not notify your customer is the ultimate sin a retailer can commit. Forever Bamboo has lost my business forever.

The product was just delivered and seems good, but the delivery company caused concern. Different drivers promised to come twice then either didn’t show or told me I needed helpers here to unload! My calls to Forever Bamboo resulted in a few days of misinformation. Finally a driver named Scott saved the day. He not only apologized for the others (who had nothing to do with him) then carried each box into the garage, by himself! I was amazed and told him he single handedly improved the customer sat experience by 4 stars!!! Detailed, conscientious people make all the difference in the world. I think I’m going to love the bamboo product, being used as a deck ceiling.
