I like this place and their products. The service is not always that great. Sometimes I get someone that works with me and helps me understand and pick the right products with great patience, and sometimes I get someone that may not have the knowledge base, so they are unhelpful and try to get away from you, acting as though they have too much to do then to help you. All together, I like the store and most of the people working here.

Ordered a black piece of plastic. Asked for an industrial strength thickness to be sturdy. Sent me this horribly scratched piece. When I called them back they said 'you asked for industrial grade, all industrial grade pieces are scratched'. Will now attempt to primer paint it. Only after I called general manager, Amex, and left picture review did they offer a refund or discount. They said I should have specifically mentioned I didn't want a piece with scratches.

I was upsold a product that was no better and far more expensive than the cheaper version would have been. I wanted to buy some acrylic rods for holding some lightweight sheer curtains. I called and asked them which kind I should buy for that application. They told me to buy the cast rods because they were strong. I was hesitant because the cast rods were way more expensive than the standard acrylic rods even though they looked the same. I paid up for them because I was told they would be sturdy and strong. The rods came and they were horrible. They were flimsy and drooped several inches before even adding the curtains to the rod. We had to buy extra supports to put every two feet so we cannot even open and close the curtains now. I spent a lot of money on these and don't know if they just switched and gave me the cheaper product or if these cast rods really are this useless. Either way, I was misled and overcharged for a terrible product.
