Nathan and Sean were simply amazing! They were able to put a small 1000lb safe onto a pallet safely for me to transport. These gentlemen were timely, professional, and used their wealth of experience to make a logistically complex job look easy. They constantly reassessed the game plan with each move to ensure the job was done safely to reach the end goal. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful staff! I had a gate lock that *had* to be installed, and another locksmith fell through. They couldn’t come out and install it that day, they could prep the lock for installation in their shop, no charge. Which they did. I’d never installed a simplex (push-button) gate lock before, but with their help and preparation, my self-installation was a snap! My thanks to Sean who found a hard-to-find latch change, and especially Aaron and Zach (between those two, help from A to Z 😁) who set the lock up for me. Also, special thanks to the boss lady for her accommodating and cheerful authorization. I would always consider using this shop!
