Michael handled our home inspection for us on very short notice, and since we were not able to be in town he set up a video meeting with us and went over every issue he had found with the house we were buying in real-time. He is extremely knowledgeable in all trades and left no stone unturned when examining the property. We had Michael and his crew perform the work that was needed to get the house in shape for us before moving in. We got a better than fair quote and Mike and his guys went way beyond anything we could have expected to make sure that the job was done right, and right away. Anything that wasn't done perfectly to his satisfaction was corrected. I could go on all day here, but instead I will just say that if you need renovations, and a contractor who will stop at nothing to to make sure that the customer is happy just call MIchael Vitale.

Mike and Ed were very helpful with the whole inspection. They looked through every facet of the home to give me piece of mind with the purchase. Mike's knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, termites, roofing and general maintenance of a home proved to be a real asset in performing the home inspection. Not only was he able to explain the history of the work done in the home, he was also able to explain the codes and law governing the work and what as a buyer I would be okay with and what I should start researching for improvements and repairs. Overall a very great experience, and someone I will be recommending.
