I have known Jay at Aqua Paradise for many years and I am always pleased when I need service. I got an amazing deal on my Jacuzzi and its been one of the best purchases for my new home. I have not had one issue yet with my spa. I use it 4-5 days a week and always have the temperature around 101 degrees. It always stays nice and hot and the jets are really powerful. They even come out once in a while to do a professional cleaning for me and that saves me a lot of time. I get all my chemicals from the store in RB. They are really great at educating me how to service my spa with the weekly chemicals. My son also purchased one from them and has had the same success. If you are trying to save money to get a cheaper brand don't even think about it. Paying a little more for the Jacuzzi brand is SOOO worth it. This is something you use all the time and you get what you pay for. I would recommend anyone to visit the store and listen to what they have to say!

Love Aqua Paradise and their fabulous Staff.We bought our Jacuzzi from Jay back in 2009...We are so happy with it.. would not do business with anyone else.. Lee came out today and fixed our pump. Great guy very polite and considerate. Great service..called before he came out... AWESOME STAFF.....AWESOME JACUZZI....THANK YOU JAY... AND LEE....

Zack was really helpful helping us deciding what sizes we wanted for our Jacuzzi. We ended up buying model J-375 and we are enjoying it every day since then. Great customer service answering all our questions about maintenance, after the purchase as well. Strongly recommend this store!!
