You can up to a point, and then the only way to get down there is to hike on foot.
No OHV allowed on foot trails or Pacific Crest Trail. Signs do not stop people from being a$$holes but signs are posted.
Yes it's all ohv trails, even ride to big bear, lucerne valley, etc however you still have a 1 mile hike to the springs. Watch my YouTube channel I post how to utv there. My channel is maximum Overdrive x3
Honestly, if I see someone on an ohv their, I might just give gravity a little help. So many cliffs that are too narrow, it can barely fit one person on foot. Others are too steep, good luck carrying it or hauling around. Not to mention the dust you would be annoying the other hikers with. The place is gorgeous, and all it demands from you is just that hike, and it forces you to respect it.
