Since I arrived 1/2 hr before closing, met with the Dr almost right away. Office asst. was very courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Ira or Iris however, on the phone seemed inpatient and not courteous at all. Maybe she’s in the wrong profession.

Very slow waited three hours to get my brother a letter to go back to work for his job. So unprofessional. The lady said I thought you left and never check him in. We been seating in the lobby for three hour and another patient got seen over us.

Let me start by saying I'm glad I didn't continue with this place for an interview I would of probably got fired because the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I already had a feeling about her the moment I seen her .She thinks she is better than anyone but doesn't mean she can treat people like this. Anyway, she asked what I was looking for pay and I told her 18 and she said will im not going to waste your time im only doing 16 she said and I said okay no worries and than starts saying 16 is too much already for a medical assistant noone is going to pay you more than 16 she said it very rude and I told her actually they will I had an interview in the beginning of the year and they were going to pay me what I wanted I got hired but things happen I couldn't take the job anymore and you know what she said well go apply for them because I won't . Like who says that like what kind of person are you . I feel bad for her employees they are probably treated like slaves plus she can't even exam the medical exam which only had few questions instead she goes to her employed while he is working checking in while she is just sitting down and stares at me its like woman your here to work not to judge . Anyways there waits look horrible a girl had been waiting over an hour they weren't even busy they only had a few the girl look inpatient already .Also a girl came with an injured ankle she couldn't walk noone came out to help her or at least put her an a wheel chair or have her sit down and come assist her where she is at . This place sucks and I'm not mad because I didn't get the job im just upset with that unprofessional manager.

Facility shows excessive wear and tear. Chipped paint, worn chairs, discolored floors, smells bad. I was made to line down on the exam table for half an hour. No pillow provided. Very uncomfortable. Staff was courteous but obviously not empowered. Hours long wait due to communication problems with front desk. Yes personal information is spoken very loudly in waiting area. Unprofessional. PA was very helpful, but treatment is limited by setting. Mother with sick young child was refused service due to staff limitations. Not a good outcome.

RUDE! They do not see children under 6 months of age. The day/night I was there. A young mother came in with her baby and they would not even look at the baby because he was not 6 months of age. So I had to question why they could not see the baby or at least take he's temperature. All I got was "that's their policy". So I left, came back later. Only to find out that "their policy" must also be to stop accepting patients 30 minutes prior to closing. They did this twice that night. July 30 2021.

I am a VA Veteran and if I need Urgent care do I just walk in or should I get an appointment? Due to Codvid-19 I am not sure.
