The food was great..! So thats what the one star is for, but it's all about customer service was awful our waiter Tamia looked like she didn't want to be there, when I ordered my drink she offered a large because the small has no refills. So with that being said she didn't come back once to see if we needed anything and I didn't even get a refill, my husband and son got up to ask for jalapeños 3 times and were told to sit back down and wait for our waiter Tamia , which she never came until the third time we got up to ask. There was another family near us and their waiter which also happen to be the manager, went and checked up on them a few times so we asked for a manager she seemed upset and offered us to go drinks and said she would give a discount and still charged for the jalapeños but. Than sent back our waiter Tamia which then seemed to be upset. Very disappointed.

So I have been a fan for years. It’s great pizza but this is the second time recently I’ve been put on hold for more than twenty minutes. Long enough for me to drive there and order in person. I suggested to the manager that I should get a free small order of Nick sticks. The reply was no. Unfortunately it brought back many years ago when an employee of same place charged me 100.00 dollars for a pizza. When I brought my bank statement in to the owner he said he would look at it. Never got back to me. Dang!!!!

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It came with garlic bread. The spaghetti was full of water, it made the sauce very runny and wasn't very good. The garlic bread was cold and soggy. I probably won't be ordering this again or from Nick's for that matter. The last time I ordered a pizza, it was raw and doughy inside.I had to put the pizza in my oven to finish cooking it. I'll think twice before ordering again

Always love the pizza here! I've been coming to this location for around 20 years and it's just as great now as it was then. Hadn't been by in quite some time... was informed that the location was actually bought out by a neighboring business owner. Well, it seems that the quality is the same and I brought a team of colleagues here whom all loved it as well. Thank you!! Great service and great food! Highly recommend.
