I bought a used bike from offer up, and brought it here for a tune up. They were friendly, told me it would be about a week because they were backed up, and they called me two days later saying my bike was ready! Now that’s fast! Guy showed me everything he did, I don’t know much about bikes, but everything is all good now! Thanks!

I had a good friend friend point me in the direction of Apple Valley Bikes. I live a little closer to another local shop, but went on my friend’s recommendation. Naturally I checked reviews and was a little nervous about some of the other posts I saw. My experience was really really great! Staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. They looked over my recently purchased used bike and went over in detail what I needed as far as parts and service. When I told them I wanted certain upgrades they walked me through pricing and reasoning, and ended up talking me out of spending extra money. I appreciated that since I am newer to mountain bikes. I was quoted 5 days for repair.. and it was finished in two days. Thank you staff and ownership for the great service. New customer for life.

I like the new store, it is centrally located between both Bell mountain and Sycamore Rocks. Jeremy the Mechanic has been especially helpful, He goes the extra mile and “Greases this, tightens that” and won’t try to sell you an item or service that is not needed!
