Dr.Bhairavi is so unprofessional and very rude, I've only visited her twice, and both times they had forgotten about me, the first visit I waited 3.5 hours to see her. Just before closing time she opened the door to the room I had been waiting in, and she said "we thought that you left ", I told her that I had been sitting here in this room waiting for hours, no apology was ever made to me , I was so angry. The second time I was there, they forgot about me again, waiting over 2 hours until I asked the front desk, am I going to she the doctor or not, we'll apparently she was upset that I was disappointed with their actions, that she didn't want to help me with any service. This office is horrible and very much unprofessional, they don't even have the professional curiosity to apologize for there mistakes. NEVER go there. So disgusted with her.

Very unprofessional service from Dr. Patel. My little brother went to him and the doctor raised his voice at him and would not give him any medical information. My brother asking for medical advice seemed to only upset this doctor more. He accused my brother of Doctor hopping because my brother is a new patient. He told my brother that his medical issues are his fault that he has them. I don’t know one person who asks for childhood seizures. A formal complaint will be filed.

Been a patient for maybe 3 months now. Had one phone appointment with the doctor and never met him once in person. Every time I have an appointment they cancel it due to doctor has an emergency. If you have are able to choose your specialist office don’t choose them. If you got referred to this office ask for a different one from your insurance. People have died from this office continuously brushing them off to the side.

Not sure why there are many negative reviews, the place is clean and professional, the staff is nice and great, and Dr. Patel is amazing. He's nice, patient, and takes the time to actually talk to you, explains things to you, and connects with you and your child. He's been a lot of help as a first time parent!
