Does it currently have water or is it dry? We had a disappointment with some water falls that were dry when we got there and wanna avoid the 2 hour ride if there is no water. Thanks!

There currently is plenty of water, complete with a couple waterfalls and more than one hot spring pool!

Water all year round.

Just be careful with the RattleSnakes, also like's to be in the water...

I've been to this place at many times of the year there is water all year round because there are two rivers that meet up and also because of the hot springs that come up from the Earth

Rattlesnakes IN the hot springs? I'd like to check it out but that is mildly terrifying.

The water here is year round only varying in depth seasonally. Winter/Springtime being at its highest, and the coldest burrr!
