There is no airport shuttle service
no, but there are other options, such as taxis, Uber, Lyft or shuttles.
We were just there last weekend and saw that they have a shuttle van, but I don't know the distance they travel, or if it includes the airport
The Gaslamp Westin did not have an airport shuttle the last time we stayed there in July/August. I was advised by the concierge that the other SD Westin closer to the bay does however.
I don't believe they have an airport shuttle.
